Job Description:

​

A Flight Crew/ Court Monitor at Jumping Cholla will be working directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing safety at the park. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.

Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.

Some responsibilities of court monitor include:

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience

Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety and injury assistance

Ability to identify equipment or customer safety violations

Good energy and positive body language

Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations

Maintain our standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts

Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management

Resolve questions and concerns independently

 

Qualifications· Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.

· Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

· Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs.

· Coordination of birthday parties and events.

· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.

· Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.

· Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures.

· Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.

· Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.

· Must be 17 years of age or older.

· Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.

· Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

· Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.

· Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.

· Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds

.A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a successful member of our team.
