Jump time, a party host, a private party area, pizza and pitchers of soda if the food option is selected, table setup, and grip socks. An extra jumper is $22.

Jumpers have 120 minutes of jump time. The party area is reserved for 135 minutes at the same time, not after. Guests may go between the room and the attraction floor until the jump time end

Yes. Additional jumpers are $22 each. We track the guest count on the day of the event and add extra jumpers to the final balance.

Yes. Order extra pizzas 48 hours in advance. For extra pitchers of soda, tell your party host. Call (520) 485-3335 or email events@jumpcholla.com.

Yes. You may bring a cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. We have a fridge or freezer to store these during jump time.

Yes. We provide tablecloths, cups, plates, napkins, and utensils. You may bring themed decorations. Glitter, confetti, and piñatas are not allowed. Wall decorations must be hung with painter's tape or masking tape only.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled event to check in and start bringing in party supplies. Early access to the party room cannot be guaranteed, because the room or party host may not yet be available. Party carts are available to store your items until the room is ready.

We recommend telling guests to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to allow for check-in.

Yes. Pizza is served about 60 minutes into the party, and the party host will tell your group when it arrives. Jumpers may return to the attraction floor once they finish eating.

A 50% deposit reserves the party. The remaining balance is due the day of, at checkout. Add-ons are added to that balance.

A full refund requires cancellation at least 9 days before the event. Cancellations 8 days or less cost a $125 non-refundable fee from the deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event costs a $50 rescheduling fee.

All jumpers and observers must complete a waiver at tucsonwaiver.com. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each minor.
